The preview and the storefront do not match. Which is current?
The latest completed preview should match /apps/llmtxt/llms.txt after you refresh.

If the storefront is older, the newer task is probably still scheduled, pending or failed. /llms.txt only redirects to the app path.
Short answer
- Find the latest completed task
- Refresh the storefront
- Do not trust a pending row
Password protection can also hide the live file from a logged-out browser.
