I have a sitemap warning but the file looks fine.
That can happen. The file and the sitemap check are separate.

Open the sitemap URL yourself. If it fails, fix it in Shopify. This app will not write a new sitemap.xml.
Short answer
- File can be good
- Warning can still be true
- Do not redirect the sitemap
Run the task again after the sitemap loads if you want the warning cleared.
