Page and product titles stay in the language stored in Shopify. The summary is whatever you type.

If your store is French, write the summary in French. The links will use the French titles Shopify already has. The interface can still be English, or the other way around.

  • Titles come from Shopify
  • The summary comes from you
  • The prompt should not be used as a translate button
  • The interface language only changes the app chrome

A prompt that only says write this in French does not create French pages. It also does not translate titles that Shopify stores in another language.
