Keep the prompt to a few sentences. The task stores up to about 1,000 characters.

A short prompt is easier to follow than a page of brand rules. Put lasting facts in the store summary and on the Shopify pages themselves.

Keep the instruction short

  • A sentence on what to lead with
  • A sentence on how long each note should be
  • Nothing that contradicts the sections you unchecked
  • No HTML and no list of URLs

If the field will not take more text, shorten the prompt. The extra sentences are not saved.
