Check policies to add your store's legal policies as links in the file.

The first time the app asks to read policies, Shopify shows a permission prompt. Reopen the app and accept it. Until you do, that section is skipped and the rest of the task still runs.

Policy links

  • Refund, privacy, shipping and terms, when your store has them
  • Only policies Shopify actually returns
  • Skipped, with the task still completing, if access has not been granted
  • Unchecked means this task omits them on purpose

If History shows links but no policy section, accept the policy access prompt and run the task again.
