LLMs TXT What the file includes

Reading policies needs Shopify's legal-policy access. Accept it when the app asks, or policy links are omitted.

The task does not fail when policy access is missing. Pages, collections, products and the sitemap check still run. History can show a completed file that simply has no policy section.

If policies are missing

  • Reopen LLMs TXT in Shopify admin
  • Accept the updated access prompt
  • Run the task again with policies checked
  • Confirm the policy links in the History preview

If the prompt does not appear, open the app from Apps once more. Shopify shows the grant when the installed version asks for it.
