Save on that bar keeps the draft. Submit Task is what creates the task.

Discard puts the fields back to the values from when the step opened. Check the summary and the boxes before you submit.

- Save keeps edits
- Discard restores them
- Submit Task publishes or schedules
The bar appears after Get started, once a field changes.
