Write to the developer from the contact page if a task fails, a section is missing, or the file looks wrong.
Include your store domain, the task name from History, and whether the problem is the file, the sitemap check, or access to policies.
What to include
- The task name and the time you submitted it
- Which sections were checked: policies, pages, collections, products
- The error text from History, if the task failed
- Whether you have reopened the app since a new permission was added
