Open the task in History and read the error before you submit the same task again.
A failure before publish does not use credits. Fix the cause, then run a new task. The previous successful file, if you had one, stays in place.
Before you retry
- Read the error on the task
- Confirm the sections you checked still exist in Shopify
- Reopen the app if Shopify asked for a new permission
- Submit a new task after the fix
If the error is unclear, send the task name and the text to the contact page.
